Hi, I'm Bora Kaykayoğlu. Welcome to Problem Comes First.
What decides whether an idea is original? What makes a strategy strong? Why do people with the same information and the same tools end up with different results?
Problem Comes First is an independent publication I built from those questions. I write about problem solving, creativity, strategy and going AI-native, and I look into how people and organisations think, develop options and make decisions.
My professional journey started as a three-dimensional modelling designer and continues today with how people and organisations think and produce. I am Creative Affairs Director of the Kaykayoğlu Innovation Group. Through OneLume, which I founded, I design programmes that build AI-native capabilities for professionals and organisations.
Here I share the thoughts and observations that collected over my experience in industry and services, the trainings I give, the creative idea-development workshops I run, and the conversations that grow out of them.
